Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using top5onlinecasinos.org (the "Site"), operated by POOP PATROL PR LLC ("Top5OnlineCasinos", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. 14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Advertising Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Top5OnlineCasinos regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
